Coaching that leaves a written record

Our coaching philosophy

Technique is taught, not corrected in panic. Every player works to an individual plan built around their role, their age group and the honest picture of where they are today. Coaches score eleven skill areas over time, so improvement is visible even in the months where scores stay flat and the work is happening underneath.

We coach effort and attitude as deliberately as front-foot play. A player who arrives prepared, practises at home and handles a bad day well will outgrow a more naturally gifted teammate — and our session notes track exactly that.

Safeguarding and privacy

Every child profile is created and owned by a parent or guardian. Coaches see only the players they are booked with. Photos and video are stored privately and never published without explicit media consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Minor profiles are never publicly visible by default.

All coaching notes and statistic changes are recorded in an audit trail with the coach's name and timestamp. Consents are versioned and dated. Data export and deletion requests are handled from your account settings in line with POPIA.

Indoor nets year-round at our Newlands centre, turf nets at Green Point through the season, and strength, conditioning and video analysis at the high-performance hub.
