From first enquiry to provincial trials

Six steps, no admin spirals. Here is exactly what happens and what you get at each stage.

    Register as a parent or guardian

    You create one account for the household using your email address. We verify the address before the member area opens. Everything about your children sits under your account and is only visible to you and the coaching team.

  2. 02

    Create a player profile for each child

    This is the foundation of everything that follows. Playing profile, goals, medical considerations, emergency contact and the consents required to coach a minor are captured once and can be updated any time.

    • Age group calculated from date of birth
    • Batting and bowling style, primary role, skill level
    • Medical notes and emergency contact
    • Terms, media and data-privacy consents with timestamps
  3. 03

    Activate your monthly membership

    Choose a plan. The member area unlocks the moment the subscription is active, and stays locked while a subscription is unpaid, cancelled or suspended so you always know where you stand.

    • Monthly billing with included session credits
    • Trial period where enabled
    • Cancel at the end of any billing period
  4. 04

    Book coaching around your week

    Filter by date, venue, session type, age group or speciality. You only ever see slots the coach has genuinely opened, and a slot disappears the instant somebody else takes it — enforced at database level, not just in the interface.

    • Instant in-app confirmation for you and the coach

  5. 05

    Read the feedback after every session

    Your coach records the session on their phone before they leave the ground: what they worked on, what improved, what to correct, and exactly what to practise at home. Parent-facing feedback is written to be warm and useful; internal coaching notes stay internal.

    Watch development compound

    Skill scores across eleven areas, batting and bowling statistics, agreed goals, milestones and attendance build into a development profile — and then into an export-ready cricket CV for school and provincial selectors.
