Membership questions
- When does the member area unlock?
- As soon as your monthly subscription is active. If a payment fails the area locks again and we tell you exactly why, so nothing silently stops working.
- Can I cover more than one child?
- Yes. Players sit under your household account. The Family plan is priced for three or more players, and coaching credits can be spent across any of them.
- What happens to unused credits?
- Credits reset each billing month. You can always book additional sessions beyond your plan allowance at the coach's standard rate.
- How do I cancel?
- From Membership in your account. You keep access until the end of the paid period, and your player development history stays available if you return.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider once connected. Until then, membership activation runs in demo mode so you can preview the full member experience.
